To completely test, you should create a new user with a login of  'my examples', password of 'webexamples' - and then create an additional Role with  a limited set of privileges.  Then logout and login again with the new user info - and test.Always test the Role before you actually give a new user their login and password.
Note that for this exercise, you can also choose to assign the user to the Default Role, which includes all privileges.  This is a 'short-cut' for testing, but not the preferred method.
You should thoroughly review the Account & ACL (Access Control List) Features from within your Account.  Both are 'top menu' items.
click the Go button, then look at your Properties palette => and click on Events.
You will see an onClick event (has code).  Load the onClick event and you'll see the editor - and the Action that is attached to this button.
